The Lead is the in-store expert of their department, delivering excellent customer service while guiding teammates under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include leading by example, building a strong, inclusive team culture; observing in-store interviews and department tours; planning 30-days-out with workforce alignment; ensuring brand standards, merchandising presentation, price changes, inventory replenishment, and floor-set execution; supervising and coaching teammates, onboarding and cross-training; developing others through hands-on coaching, communicating the rationale behind tasks and plans, and supporting loss prevention and safety programs. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive store environment, coaching for performance, and ensuring the store operates efficiently to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
