Job Summary
Lead the in-store team, ensuring brand standards and customer service excellence while guiding teammates, participating in interviews and onboarding, coaching staff, and coordinating daily plans and store events. Responsible for executing merchandising standards, delegating tasks, and creating an inclusive environment that delivers an exceptional shopping experience. Supports store leadership with supervision, training, and development, fostering a people-first culture and alignment of tasks to organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
