Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead role in-store responsible for delivering excellent customer service and upholding brand standards while guiding teammates. Serves as the in-store expert for their department, leads by example, coaches and trains teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, and helps plan workforce needs and store events. Responsible for merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, inventory replenishment, and adherence to loss prevention and security procedures. Focuses on developing a people-first culture, creating an inclusive store environment, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience through collaborative leadership and clear communication. Maintains knowledge of programs like Protection Plans and Scorecards and aligns daily tasks with store goals and organizational priorities. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and prior retail or customer-focused experience preferred.
