Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering customer service and coaching teammates while ensuring brand standards and a positive teammate experience. Leads by example to plan and organize daily tasks, manages workforce to execute store plans, ensures merchandising and presentation standards are met, assists with training and onboarding, and supports leaders in maintaining an inclusive, safe store environment. Requires flexible availability and prior retail or customer-focused experience; physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 35 lbs as part of daily duties; strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills to develop teammates and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
