Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for executing brand standards and guiding the teammate experience under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Delivers exceptional customer service, mentors teammates, observes interviews and helps build a strong team, plans 30-days-out with leadership, allocates workforce, ensures floor-set integrity and inventory presentation, supports training and cross-training, and fosters an inclusive, respectful store culture that aligns with organizational goals and a high-quality shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
