Job Summary
Lead in-store expert for their department, guiding teammates and executing brand standards under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, coaching and developing teammates, assisting with interviews and onboarding, planning 30-day work strategies, assigning tasks based on priority, maintaining merchandising and floor-set standards, supporting store leadership with supervision, training teammates, and fostering an inclusive, safe store environment while collaborating to meet organizational goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
