Job Summary
Lead in-store expert for their department, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding teammates, supporting hiring observations, planning 30-days-out strategies with leadership, leveraging teammates to meet brand standards, maintaining merchandising and floor-set presentation, training and coaching teammates, and fostering an inclusive, trust-based store culture. Ensures adherence to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, while performing tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
