Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead in-store expert responsible for executing brand standards and shaping teammate experience under guidance of Store Manager. Leads the team, participates in hiring conversations, plans 30-days out workforce needs, delegates tasks based on priority, ensures merchandising and presentation standards are met, assists with training and onboarding, coaches teammates, and fosters an inclusive, customer-focused environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand and lift items; comfortable with store procedures including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
