Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for executing brand standards and shaping the teammate experience. Oversees hiring and interviewing guidance, builds a people-first culture, plans workforce with management, ensures merchandising and presentation standards, trains teammates, coaches others, and leads by example to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Creates an inclusive store environment and maintains adherence to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while supporting management with day-to-day operations and store events.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/platform.
