Job Summary
Lead a store team in delivering exceptional customer service and executing brand standards. Serve as in-store expert for department, guide and coach teammates, support interviewing and onboarding, plan daily/near-term work with store leadership, and uphold merchandising and loss-prevention programs. Create an inclusive, high-performing environment, and lead by example to align team efforts with store goals. Responsibilities include coaching teammates, delegating tasks, ensuring floor set and inventory standards, training, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused store culture. Requirements emphasize flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays), prior retail or customer-focused experience, and physical requirements for standing, lifting, heights, and repetitive motions.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
