Job Summary
Lead in-store role focused on delivering service, guiding teammates, maintaining brand standards, training, and coaching to drive customer experience and store performance. Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding, workforce planning, delegating tasks, ensuring floor sets and inventory standards are met, and fostering an inclusive, safe store environment. Strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, Coaching, and adherence to loss prevention and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
