Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead responsible for in-store brand standards and teammate experience under guidance of store leadership. Leads by example to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, coaches and trains teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, ensures merchandising and presentation standards, delegates tasks based on priority, and maintains store policies including safety and loss prevention. Focuses on building a people-first culture, planning daily and future work with the Assistant Store Manager, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
