Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by planning 30-day workforce schedules, observing interviews, and managing in-store events. Lead teammates through hands-on coaching on brand standards, merchandising, and safety procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Build a people-first culture by connecting with every employee, fostering trust, and ensuring inclusive environments where all feel welcome and safe. Execute delegated tasks across the store, maintain confidentiality, and support leadership in upholding company policies and procedures. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus physical ability to lift 35 lbs and work extended periods standing or walking.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
