Job Summary
Lead execution of brand standards and teammate experience by observing in-store interviews, planning 30-day workforce assignments, and strategically delegating tasks based on priority. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards through floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment while coaching teammates on company procedures, onboarding, and cross-training. Provide hands-on guidance on Protection Plans, Scorecards, and Loss Prevention to ensure brand alignment and exceptional shopping experiences. Foster an inclusive environment where all teammates feel welcome and safe, adhering to safety policies and standard operating procedures. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work extended periods standing or walking.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
