Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a customer following. Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and leveraging networking to drive sales. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, occasionally performing duties in other departments. Daily movement includes continuous activity for 6-8 hours, handling bulky items, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
