Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while filling orders, stocking, and managing price markdowns to keep the department customer ready. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and cultivating a customer following digitally. Work with the team to maintain merchandise readiness, including light cleaning and re-merchandising. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and occasional cross-departmental duties. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and a self-motivated focus. - Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
