Job Summary
Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized style and fit feedback, while cultivating a digital following. Manage department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and offer honest product knowledge to drive growth. Maintain flexibility to perform duties in other departments as business needs dictate. Work a schedule varying by week, including continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift involving lifting up to 25 pounds.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
