Job Summary
Open and close the store, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards while ensuring daily cleanliness. Process sales transactions, monitor person sales metrics, and assist the manager with staff training and supervision. Provide exceptional customer service, respond to internal and external requests, and solve problems professionally under pressure. This leadership role focuses on developing expertise in Dansko footwear and foot health within a curated selection designed for work and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- A professional at all times regarding personal and store appearance, as well as team and customer interactions.

- Able to ensure customer satisfaction regardless of the circumstances.
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.

- Interested in learning about the products that serve our customers best.
- Able to identify and solve problems professionally as they arise.
- An individual with a year of work experience in retail and have experience in cash handling.
- You have previous retail sales experience.
