Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a following both online and in the store. Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, managing price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and leveraging networking to drive sales. Work a flexible schedule varying by week to meet business needs, occasionally performing duties in other departments. Handle merchandise requiring continuous movement, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending or reaching.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
