Clerical colleague in the Fine Jewelry Department at Macy's (Full Time) handles processing new merchandise, maintaining department records, and performs a range of support and administrative duties to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include using technology to complete sales transactions, audits, processing receipts, damages, transfers, and return-to-vendor merchandise; merchandising jewelry cases for new products and seasonal changes; packing customer sizing and repair orders for shipment; organizing and filing shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, sales and return documentation; assisting in inventory and supply monitoring; fulfilling order processes including picking, packing, labeling, shipping and Buy Online, Pickup in Stores (BOPS); maintaining cleanliness and order of jewelry counters; adhering to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
