Clerical colleague in the Fine Jewelry Department responsible for processing new merchandise and maintaining department records, completing sales transactions, audits, and various administrative tasks; provide exceptional customer experience, merchandise jewelry cases, prepare shipments for the Jewelry Center, organize and file documentation, assist in inventory, fulfill orders including Buy Online Pickup in Stores (BOPS), and maintain a clean, compliant jewelry area while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Requires flexible availability (including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and no formal education or prior experience is required.
