Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest, confident feedback on style and fit while cultivating a digital and physical following. Manage department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and working a flexible schedule based on business needs. Applicants must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
