Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest, confident feedback on style and fit while growing the Nordstrom Rewards program. Manage department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Maintain customer service standards by offering friendly, helpful assistance and managing a flexible schedule that may require occasional work in other departments.

- Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
