Job Summary
Sales Floor Associate responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone, operating the register and processing transactions, promoting the Change Round Up program, keeping the checkout area clean, bagging/wrapping merchandise, assisting with merchandise displays, stocking and returns, supporting store promotions and signage, contributing to store safety and teamwork goals, and providing support in training new cashiers as needed. The role emphasizes friendly, reliable, customer-focused service, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven Goodwill environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
