Job Summary
Sales Floor Associate responsible for greeting customers in person and by phone, operating the register to process transactions and discounts, promoting the Change Round Up program, keeping the checkout area clean, bagging merchandise, assisting with displays, stocking and returns, supporting store promotions and seasonal campaigns, contributing to store safety, and training new cashiers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
