Job Summary
Greet, respect, engage, assist, and thank every shopper while accurately processing point-of-sale transactions and supporting smooth customer flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by performing recovery, basic replenishment, and merchandising standards across registers, aisles, and fitting rooms. Support opening and closing routines, assist shoppers with product location and checkout needs, and ensure price accuracy and fixture organization. Follow all safety guidelines, cash-handling procedures, and loss-prevention protocols to uphold compliance. Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to deliver friendly, respectful, and helpful shopper service
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail, customer service, or production experience preferred, but not required
- Experience working in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments preferred
- Prior nonprofit or mission‐based retail experience is a plus
- Experience operating a point‐of‐sale system or handling cash transactions preferred
- Bilingual language skills are preferred
