Job Summary
Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices; be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences; upsell Asurion product and achieve sales goals; participate in the diverse, customer-focused retail environment and contribute to the store's sales and service goals. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing devices, assisting customers with inquiries, delivering the 'serve, solve, and sell' approach, and maintaining integrity and high standards in line with Asurion's values. Requires 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience; 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred); ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays; passing background check.
