Retail Sales Executive (Dubai)

Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport. Actively approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs, and recommend tailored products to finalize purchases. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly while explaining promotions, special offers, and discounts to increase sales. Independently track sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance while upholding the brand's standards of excellence in every interaction. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales within the UAE, ideally in luxury, watches, or jewelry, with outstanding communication skills in both English and Arabic.
