Job Summary
Execute sales calls for assigned grocery accounts to exceed target goals and manage timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives. Grow base business and expand Chobani distribution across key platforms while ensuring promotional compliance and maintaining appropriate product inventory levels. Merchandise products to support display goals and mitigate out-of-stocks, representing the store-level customer point of view through internal reporting on competitive activities and new product potential. Transport and maintain point-of-sale advertising, acting as a brand ambassador at the shelf to educate consumers and drive household penetration through in-store demos. This full-time role requires a personal vehicle and occasional weekend work, with a salary range of $52,500 to $82,500 plus bonus and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or years of experience in combination with education
- 3+ years of consumer products industry experience
- Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large market and multitask across a large number of stores
- Effective time-management and scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and plan ahead for most efficient / proactive time in store / post call
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively convey markets insights and conditions back to management
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for food
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to effectively communicate cross-functionally and through all levels of management
- Periodic lifting, bending, reaching and kneeling
- Occasional weekend work
- Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours
