Job Summary
The position requires selling flooring and floor care products, providing design and flooring advice, greeting customers, writing sales orders, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have a passion for sales and design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Must be self-motivated, organized, and willing to undertake extensive training to achieve certification as a flooring and design expert.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- A 2 or 4 year degree in Interior Design (preferred)
