Job Summary
Supervise a team of associates to manage sales and stock functions while participating in the merchandising and set-up of the selling floor. Provide in-depth product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service by training, coaching, and developing staff through leading by example. Accurately complete all transactions and paperwork while ensuring advertised merchandise is set and signed properly. Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures during varied shifts that include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales management experience
- Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong selling and/or customer service experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
