Job Summary
Lead all functions of the Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments as assigned by Store Management. Ensure effective inventory levels, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation and quality customer service. The lead will have Manager on Duty responsibilities; in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, including opening and closing the CHEF’STORE. We help YOU make it! The starting rate is $18.32/hr. Roles include opening/closing the CHEF’SSTORE, training and developing staff, driving department sales through superior service, stocking and merchandising, POS operation, and ensuring safety. Must be flexible to work Monday–Sunday based on business needs between 5:00am and 7:00pm; freight handling a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years’ experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment
- Supervisory or Lead experience preferred
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, which includes holidays and weekends
- Competency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software
