Job Summary
Retail Sales & Delivery Associate role combining in-store guest service with on-road order deliveries in a cannabis-retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, product guidance, education, merchandising, maintain a clean store, processing transactions, supporting promotions, and delivering orders safely and on-time. Requires Provincial Cannabis Certification, valid Class 5/G driver’s license, clean driving record and background check, delivery experience, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Months minimum delivery or logistics experience
- Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Smartphone with data plan (and comfort using apps/technology)
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
