Job Summary
Greet guests, provide product guidance, and build relationships while maintaining high product knowledge for compliant education. Support sales through recommendations and promotions, then assist with merchandising, store setup, and keeping the retail environment clean and organized. Process transactions accurately, follow inventory procedures, and safely complete deliveries including order handling, loading, and on-time transport to guests. Follow assigned routes and schedules, communicate clearly with guests and dispatch, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain professionalism, a safe driving record, and full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Earn 100% of tips during delivery shifts and work with a best-in-class team at FIKA's 200+ cannabis retail locations across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, B.C., and Yukon.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver's Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Smartphone with data plan (and comfort using apps/technology)
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Months minimum delivery or logistics experience
