Job Summary
Greet guests, provide product guidance, and build relationships while supporting sales through recommendations and promotions. Maintain high product knowledge for accurate, compliant guest education and assist with merchandising, store setup, and maintaining a clean retail environment. Process transactions accurately, follow inventory procedures, and safely complete deliveries including order handling, loading, and on-time transport to guests. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and regulatory requirements while communicating clearly with guests and dispatch to escalate issues as needed. Work within a lifestyle brand redefining cannabis retail across over 200 stores in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, B.C., and Yukon.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver's Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Smartphone with data plan (and comfort using apps/technology)
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Months minimum delivery or logistics experience
