Job Summary
Retail Sales & Delivery Associate delivers a consistent guest experience in-store and during scheduled cannabis deliveries; engages guests with knowledgeable service, supports sales growth through product education and promotions, and contributes to store operations including merchandising, inventory, and receiving. Requires a valid G-class or Class 5 license, insured vehicle, clean driving record, smartphone, strong communication, and a Provincial Cannabis Certification with delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Smartphone with data plan
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Months minimum delivery or logistics experience
