Job Summary
Deliver enthusiastic customer service, ring up sales accurately, and maintain an orderly register area. Keep the sales floor clean by folding shirts, dusting, and vacuuming while ensuring the environment remains shoppable. Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, working well with the general public across all age groups. Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements. This role involves moderate noise levels in an indoor controlled environment. You may be requested to work overtime and weekends during in-season periods. Expect to spend time standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs, with some physical demands from crawling or kneeling. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year relevant work experience
- Experience in the retail field
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn register
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate with coworkers and guests
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and accurately
- Ability to multi-task
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends during the company's in-season time period
- About 1/3 of one's time will be spent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- 1/3 to 2/3 of one's time will be spent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching
- Expect to lift up to 25 lbs
