Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant at Kognitive Sales Solutions representing a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations in Canada. Engage customers on the retail floor to explain credit cards, guide needs, become the in-store expert, drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition, deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application, and flex across multiple store locations within your region. Includes base hourly wage with uncapped commission, onboarding and coaching, flexible scheduling (9am–9pm, Mon–Sun), and permanent full-time or part-time opportunities. Requirements include strong communication, ability to handle confidential customer information, willingness to complete a criminal and credit background check, and a driver's license/vehicle is helpful but not required.
