Retail Sales Consultant

Engage customers on the retail floor to explain the benefits of our client’s financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way; listen to needs and guide toward a product that fits their lifestyle; become the in-store expert so customers and staff look to you as the go-to resource; drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations; deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application; flex across multiple store locations within your region; handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality; complete a criminal and credit background check; access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required; compensation includes base wage plus uncapped commission; flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday 9am–9pm; permanent full-time or part-time opportunities; strong communication, adaptability, and eagerness to grow through training and feedback.
