Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant engaging customers on the retail floor to explain our client’s credit cards, listening to needs, guiding to suitable products, and becoming the in-store expert for store staff and customers. Drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application. Flex across multiple store locations within the region as needed; build strong relationships with store teams; handle customer information confidentially. Compensation includes base hourly wage with uncapped commission; onboarding and ongoing coaching; flexible schedule (Mon-Sun, 9am-9pm); permanent full-time or part-time opportunities. Requires willingness to complete a criminal and credit background check; having a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.
