Job Summary
Engage customers on the retail floor to explain the benefits of our client’s credit cards, become the in-store expert, drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application. Flex across multiple store locations within your region; build strong relationships with store teams; handle customer information with confidentiality; and be prepared to undergo criminal/credit background checks. Base wage plus uncapped commission supports earnings growth; onboarding and coaching provided; scheduling includes 9am–9pm across 7 days; roles available as permanent full-time or part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Customer service or sales experience an asset
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
- Comfortable completing a criminal background check
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license
