Listen to customer needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle, while building strong working relationships with store teams across assigned locations. Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application and handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require. This role involves representing a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations across Canada with a competitive base hourly wage plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
- Comfortable completing a criminal background check
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license
