Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant needed in Canada to represent a national financial brand inside major retail locations. Engage customers on credit card products, listen to needs, and guide toward solutions; become the in-store expert so customers and staff rely on you as the go-to resource; drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations; deliver outstanding customer experiences from first hello to completed application; flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require; base wage $18/hr plus uncapped commission; front-loaded onboarding and ongoing coaching; flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday between 9am and 9pm; permanent full-time or part-time opportunities; background check required; access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.
