Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant at Kognitive Sales Solutions in Canada responsible for engaging customers on the retail floor to educate and advocate for the client's financial product (credit cards), becoming the in-store expert, driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations, delivering a high-quality customer experience from initial contact to completed application, and flexing across multiple store locations as needed. Requires strong communication, comfort with sales goals, confidentiality with customer information, and willingness to complete background checks; base compensation is 18.00/hr with uncapped commission; opportunities available for permanent full-time or part-time roles with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
- Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
- Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
- Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
- Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
- Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required
- Supportive of ongoing training and feedback
- Flexible to work across multiple store locations within your region
