Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant engaging customers on the retail floor to promote a financial product (credit cards), becoming the in-store expert, guiding customer needs to fit their lifestyle, driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations, delivering an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application, and flexing across multiple store locations in Canada. Build strong relationships with store teams, handle customer information confidentially, and contribute to ongoing coaching and onboarding. Base wage is 18/hour with uncapped commission; flexible schedule across Monday–Sunday, 9am–9pm; permanent full-time or part-time opportunities; prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to complete a criminal background check
- Willing to complete a credit background check
- Access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required
