Job Summary
Engage customers directly on the retail floor to share the benefits of the client's credit card product and listen to their needs to guide them toward a suitable solution. Become the in-store expert by delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application while building strong working relationships with store teams. Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations, handling all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require. This role offers a competitive base hourly wage plus uncapped commission, with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday between 9am and 9pm.
Required Qualifications
- A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
- Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
- Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
- Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
- Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
- Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
- Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
- Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required
