Retail Sales Consultant

Engage customers on the retail floor to explain and promote our client’s financial product (credit cards) in a clear, relatable way; listen to needs and guide toward a product that fits their lifestyle; become the in-store expert that customers and staff rely on; drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations; deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application; find creative ways to engage customers throughout the day; build strong relationships with store teams across assigned locations; handle customer information with confidentiality; flex across multiple store locations within the region as business needs require; onboarding and coaching provided; compensation includes base hourly wage plus uncapped commission; flexible scheduling; permanent full-time or part-time opportunities; willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks; having access to a vehicle/driver’s license is helpful but not required.
