Job Summary

Listen to customer needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle while delivering a consistently outstanding experience from first hello to completed application. Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource. Build strong working relationships with store teams across assigned locations and flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require. Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
- Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
- Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
- Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
- Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
- Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
- Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
- Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required
