Job Summary
Engage with homeowners while they shop to introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. Start friendly, face-to-face conversations about energy efficiency and indoor air quality, then act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on available services. Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations, followed by entering customer information and booking appointments for ARS specialists. Maintain a professional in-store presence while supporting retail promotions alongside management and team members. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available with weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
