Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features and explaining current or new services while answering questions about account statements and bill payments. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, assisting with service upgrades, data changes, and general service requests. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, requiring flexible hours to meet operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
